Used in that order.
Dip Base: Coat the glue like polish onto the nail, then dip into acrylic. Wait about 60-90 seconds then use Dip Sealer. This sealer helps dry the base completely.
Once all nails are dry, file and shape precisely, and use another small coat of sealer on all nails. Use Dip top coat and air dry.
