Order status, Shipping & Lost Packages

Processing Time

At Clawly Shop, we strive to get orders out in a timely manner as soon as possible for our lovely shoppers. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 1-2 days when package arrives at USPS to be scanned. 

*Business days do not include holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Incorrect Mailing Address

When placing an order, it is extremely important to put in your correct mailing address and email. Please recheck that you’ve entered the correct apartment/home number. Once an order is fulfilled and dropped off, your order status is out of our hands.

We will NOT be sending out a new package due to incorrect address. 

Order Status 

If you entered a correct email address, shipping updates should be available. 

Sometimes packages are delayed due to unusual circumstances. Please allow some time for your status to be updated correctly, or contact USPS in the last location for real time updates.

Lost/Stolen Packages

 If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with USPS. Once you receive a case number and we have proof of the lost package, we will send out a new package. 

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to insufficient address, customs, extra fees.

Unfortunately, stolen package are out of our control. We will NOT issue refunds for any stolen packages.
